Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing
|
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Puree until smooth. Pour over fresh arugula or green salad. Garnish with sliced strawberries and freshly ground black pepper. Variations: use as a marinade or sauce for chicken. Makes 1 serving (1 fruit) |
Balsamic Vinaigrette

|
Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Keep refrigerated. |
Fat Free Tartar Sauce
|
Mix together the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, green onion, and red wine vinegar. For best results, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. |

No Sugar Strawberry Jam
|
In a large saucepan crush strawberries. Add water and gelatin, mixing well. Over medium heat bring mixture to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour into jars, allow cooling, and covering. Can be stored in refrigerator for 1 week, or frozen for several weeks |
Oriental Salad Dressing

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Keep refrigerated. |
Spicy BBQ Sauce and Marinade
|
Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Keep refrigerated. Approximately 220 Calories total |
Strawberry Syrup
|
In microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients and toss. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until berries start to dissolve. |
Veggie Dressing
|
Shake all ingredients well in a tightly covered jar. Keep covered in refrigerator. Shake well before serving. |
HCG Friendly BBQ Sauce
|
Pan-fry the turkey bacon. Add onion and cook over medium flame for about 4 minutes. Add garlic clove and stir. Add the remaining ingredients including the water. Stir. Allow to simmer for 20-30 minutes. To adjust flavor use any of the following: vinegar, Stevia drops or packets, and/or hot sauce. (Sweetener will tone down spiciness). *Makes approx. 10 servings of 1/4 cup with approx 15 - 30 calories, and 1 gram of fiber, depending on products used. |
